Visual artists in Washington, Oregon and Idaho are eligible for The Betty Bowen Award. One artist will be awarded an unrestricted cash prize up to $15,000 and an opportunity to display their work at the Seattle Art Museum this year.
The application deadline is 11:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on August 1, 2009.
